Position Description Summary

The main responsibility for Club Engagement Coordinator is to plan events and activities for members of the club, including creating unique, engaging activities, interacting with members and receiving member feedback, working with multiple departments to plan, market, and execute events.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Act as member representative to plan fun, engaging activities

- Utilize social media platforms to market events


  • 3-5 years of event or related experience required
  • Working knowledge of office operations
  • Must possess appropriate analytical skills, attention to detail, follow-through, creativity, and a high level of motivation
  • Proficient in business-related software (Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, etc)
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in both written and verbal formats
  • Willingness to learn and accept instruction
  • Must possess a positive attitude and good work ethic
  • The preferred candidate would be a Nice person, who is both hungry and humble
  • High level of interpersonal/human relations skills – “people-smart”
  • Prior office administration experience preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality required
  • College degree in Marketing, Events, Hospitality, Business Management, or similar a plus
  • At least 1 year of prior experience in an office, hotel, club, resort, or similar preferred
  • Must possess a positive, upbeat, and friendly disposition and attitude with a desire to help others
